Enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains area with the most comfortable electric bike made.  We offer delivery in the Townsend area but not into the national park at this time. We do offer bike racks (a 2" receiver is required on your vehicle) to carry our bikes, so that you can transport the bikes to your desired location. We also take your experience to the next level with communication helmets, allowing you to enjoy conversation throughout your ride.  We are located in the red metal building at 7321 E Lamar Alexander Parkway in Townsend and we look forward to helping you have a great ebike adventure.  Kindly review our terms of service upon booking your e-bikes to ensure familiarity with our cancellation policy. Please also be aware that we allow 16-year-olds and above to ride our ebikes when accompanied by a parent and 18-year-olds can rent without a parent at our discretion.
