Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

Scotty Bike offers a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled rental (minus 5.8% Credit Card Fees). We offer a refund of 1/2 the rental rate up to 3 days before the scheduled rental and a credit for scheduling on a future date. Any time after 3 days before the rental we offer to reschedule the rental up until the next year but no refund for any reason. We do our best to accommodate our customers and to adhere to a fair and reasonable refund policy. For Scotty Bike to operate as a viable business we have to implement and adhere to this policy.
